Information we process

You can sign in with Google or an existing app email/password account. We use Supabase to process your account identifier, email address, authentication information, and the display name you choose in each diary. Google sign-in may also supply your name and profile image address. Supabase Auth processes email/password authentication; passwords are not stored in your diary records. Your notebook contains the pet profiles, care events, notes, stickers and photos you choose to save.

We use this information to provide login, shared notebooks, access control, synchronization and support. We do not include advertising or analytics SDKs, sell notebook information, upload your address book, or read your SMS messages.

Where information is stored

The primary Supabase database is in Seoul, South Korea. Google and our infrastructure providers may process information in other countries under their own terms. A login session and language/unit preferences are stored on your device. Signing out removes the active local session. Uninstalling the app does not delete the cloud account or notebooks.

People in your notebook

The owner chooses whom to invite using a single-use invitation code. Members can read and export the notebook. Editors can add, change and delete pet profiles and records. Owners also manage members, invitations, backup replacement and notebook deletion. A restored backup shows the restoring owner as the latest author.

Share invitation codes only with your intended recipient. This is not an end-to-end encrypted service. Access controls protect future requests; removing a member cannot erase information they previously viewed, saved or exported.

Photos and backup files

The app uses system pickers for the photos and files you select. A selected photo is copied into the shared notebook; its original is not deleted. Exported JSON backup files include readable records and photos and are not encrypted. Keep them private. A file or cloud provider you select for an export has its own data practices.

Retention

Active notebook data remain until an authorized user deletes them, replaces them through an import, or the owner deletes the notebook or account. Our current Supabase Pro service provides a rolling seven-day daily-backup window; deleted information may remain in those snapshots until they rotate out. Infrastructure and authentication services may retain technical security logs under their retention settings. We use support correspondence to handle the request you send us.
